Characteristics
:
From 4 different "terroirs" from the Reims and Epernay regions of
France and 3 different types of grapes
made from a specially selected fine blend in the same proportions of
Chardonnay , Pinot noir and Pinot Meunier ( approx. 33 % each).
All
our Champagnes are around a minimum of 3 years old exceeding normal
minimum's for Champagne which can go down to as low as 15 months. Aging
takes place in constant temperature subterranean caverns using the
timeless traditional family champagne method that goes back many
centuries.
Brut
Tradition :
Yellow gold in colour , sparkling with fine and lively bubbles with a
discreet necklace effect.

Floral and fruity aromas with hints of Hazelnut comforting and light.
